A beautiful example of Art deco jewelry in the form of a riding crop. Circa 1930s
The equestrian crop features a round cut diamond set in a platinum box with milgrain edge and a handle that is channel set with 6 square cut rubies. The rose middle section is detailed with discs and a nice compliment to the platinum rounded end which represents the leather part of the crop.
This collectible piece from the Art deco period is presented in a very good antique condition with minor scuffs and dents which can only be noticed under close magnification. The brooch pin is springy and slots neatly into the catch.
